Pakistan: 154 (Rizwan 49; Warrican 4-43, Motie 3-49) & 133 (Babar Azam 31; Warrican 5-27)
West Indies win by 120 runs, series tied 1-1.

Jomel Warrican’s stunning match figures of 9-70 helped West Indies secure a historic 120-run victory over Pakistan in Multan, marking their first Test win on Pakistani soil since 1990. The victory also ensured the two-match series ended in a 1-1 draw.

The last time West Indies tasted success in a Test match in Pakistan was in Faisalabad in November 1990. Since then, they had only toured the country twice (1997 and 2006), without winning a match.

Chasing a target of 254, Pakistan resumed day three on 76-4 but collapsed quickly. Saud Shakeel (13) edged a Kevin Sinclair delivery to Kavem Hodge in the first over, and nightwatchman Kashif Ali (1) was bowled by Warrican in the very next over.

While Mohammad Rizwan (25) and Salman Ali Agha (15) showed brief resistance, the Pakistani tail crumbled under relentless pressure. Gudakesh Motie removed Noman Ali, and Warrican bowled Sajid Khan to complete the victory.

Warrican finished the series as the leading wicket-taker with 19 dismissals, delivering a commanding performance that included 5-27 in Pakistan’s second innings and 4-43 in the first. This historic win will undoubtedly boost the West Indies as they look forward to future challenges.
